據路透社華盛頓/布魯塞爾消息，美國、英國、歐洲和加拿大當地時間26日采取行動，阻止俄羅斯接入環球銀行間金融通信協會（SWIFT）國際支付系統，這是對莫斯科采取的另一輪製裁的一部分。
據報道，上述國家和地區在一份聯合聲明中說，製裁措施還包括對俄羅斯央行的國際儲備實施限製。製裁將在未來幾天內實施。

報道說，歐盟國家外長將在當地時間27日晚間的會議上討論這些一攬子製裁方案，這是他們一周內第四次開會。
