當地時間7日晚，中美洲國家危地馬拉民防部門表示，首都危地馬拉城附近35公裏處的富埃戈火山近期活動劇烈，當天有大量火山灰和熔巖噴出。當地政府采取預防性措施，已組織火山附近150人撤離到安全地帶。
