據法新社柏林消息，德國總理奧拉夫·朔爾茨7日警告說，不要將俄羅斯油氣列入西方對俄「入侵」烏克蘭的製裁當中，說此舉將威脅歐洲的能源安全。
朔爾茨在一份聲明中說：「歐洲特意將俄羅斯能源供應排除在製裁之外。」
